The guys at KC auto are always friendly and reliable. We have been going to them for a while now that we live in the downtown area, and they never disappoint. They are mindful of letting you know the exact cost prior to working on your car. We continue to take our vehicles to them as they have been reliable and knowledgeable!!
Jason and the crew at KC Autoworx are easily the most honest and reliable mechanics in the region. The pricing is fair, the turnaround is quick, and they are always courteous and easy to work with. I originally came here because of how highly recommended they were, and after using them four different times over the years, I can say without hesitation that the reputation is deserved. They explain things clearly, only fix what actually needs attention, and never try to upsell or pressure you. If you want a shop you can truly trust and feel good about coming back to, this is it. I would not take my vehicle anywhere else.
Immaculate work, as always. Even when I was back in my beater their service was insanely good and I always felt good leaving my baby in their hands. Knew I had to go back for even just my inspection. Jason, the Angel, from start to finish was really helpful AND it only took a few hours to get fit in just dropping off. Seriously, love this place and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car at this point considering how many junk peddlers there are in the industry. This place, Jason and the whole crew? Your best bet, seriously guys.
I had a 10 out of 10 experience visiting KC AutoWorx for the first time today. The staff was friendly, helpful, and honest. It is apparent that they want to do what is right for their customers and that they aren't just trying to make money off of you. I would definitely recommend and trust them with your car! They are dog friendly as well!
Absolutely fantastic shop! Real deal honest ASE certified technicians. They helped my father out with his vehicle. They have earned a new customer for life!. In a world where it's hard to trust people. You can absolutely trust these gentlemen with your vehicle. Thank you guys !
