The technician promptly sent me a detailed estimate complete with pictures, clearly outlining what needed to be fixed. This transparency gave me peace of mind and set clear expectations for the work. The shop itself is well-organized, and the staff is friendly and professional. They handled my vehicle with care and completed the repairs within the promised timeframe. PROFESSIONAL! QUICK! and THOROUGH! They diagnosed the problem, and fixed it quickly to have me back on the road in one day. I went in thinking it was one problem and in fact it was something completely different (and cheaper). I spoke with 3 different customers in my time of dropping off and picking up my car and all 3 expressed how much they “trust this shop”. Highly recommend.
Good service but pricey. They were very thorough in their diagnosis. Some of their diagnostic page was generalized and not specific to my issue, but it gives a helpful overview for those unfamiliar with cars. Their pricing was 40% higher for standard brake replacement than other local shops I called (unfortunately too late).
These guys really helped me out in a pinch! They took the time to look at my vehicle, find the right part at a reasonable price, and get everything fixed quickly. This shop is honest, fair, and friendly. I highly recommend KC Brake and Auto Service!
Kevin’s shop was truly my saving grace! My car broke down and luckily I was just down the street, so they literally came within a minute and pushed my car to the shop, so I didn’t have to call a tow truck. I could not be more thankful for their over-the-top service, fair pricing/ honest assessment & turnaround time. I could not recommend enough! Thank you so much.
