KCH Rental was fast, responsive, and extremely professional. I love their use of automation to keep me up-to-date on my order, my invoice and payment schedule. When I had to make a small change to my order, they were immediately accommodating, and the automation changed my order quickly. Drop off and pick up or seamless and professional. I will definitely be using them for every event! They made my event, beautiful and easy.

This is my 3rd time using KCH Event Equipment Rental and I have used them both for events involving my workplace and family members. They have continued to bring a high level of professionalism, punctuality, and service to each one of the events I have used them for. They make event organizing, which can be hectic, very easy when it comes to getting the equipment needed to have a successful event. Looking forward to doing more business with them in the future.
This small black and woman-owned business is top-notch! KCH Rentals accommodated a last-minute table, chair, and patio heater rental with delivery and setup for a backyard engagement party of 100+ guests. They have great rates and exceptional customer service, and delivered on schedule. The table skirts were elegant. The cocktail tables, dining tables, and chairs were top quality. Kudos to the owner for her attention to detail, friendliness, and great energy. Support small businesses. Better yet, support this fabulous black and woman-owned business!
