K&D is the place to go when you need a roof! Ask for Robert or Issac. They are top notch. Ive been in the construction field for 20+ years. I had many questions, they knew what they were talking about and answeredthem with knowledgeand expertise. They also guided us through the insurance process. Insurance is quite different state to state so it was awesome they could explain everything to me. Adam the project manager was available the day of installation for any questions and did a thorough check of the work. Robert, Issac, and Adam all stayed in touch throughout the process. The crew was kind and hardworking! We thank you K&D and will definitely refer you to many folks! We appreciate your hard work, customer service, and dedication.
To begin, I am weary about people coming to my door trying to sell anything. We did have a hail storm come through and was concern about what damage it may have caused to my roof. I usually turn sales people away, but when Robert Copp came up, there was a sincerity I got from him and allowed him to inspect my roof. Knowing this was going to be an insurance claim, I was concern he was going to try to sell me something I did not need. He did take plenty of pictures and was able to show me that the damage was significant enough that I did need my roof replaced. Mr. Robert Copp represented K&D Roofing with integrity and a down to earth personality. He answer my texts or calls all in good timing, came by to show samples to go with, gave a date to do the work and they showed up that morning on the schedule day and was finish by the end of the day. Adam came by to talk to me after the job was done to see if I was satisfied with the work and let me know what to expect with the shingles settling. K&D did a great job with the work and cleaning up afterward. I would highly recommend this business to anyone wanting to replace their roof. Thank you for job well done.
We had a really great experience with K&D Roofing recently. In late November we noticed a leak in room above the garage. We had our roof replaced with a different company back in 2021 and they were not calling us back. I reached out to K&D Roofing (they are GAF Master Elite certified) and they were quick to call me back and setup a time for an inspection. I met Todd who did the roof inspection and he explained what he believes is causing the leak. Todd was professional, honest and easy to talk with. A quote for the repair was provided quickly and the price was reasonable. Todd even offered to follow up with GAF with a claim since we had GAF’s golden pledge warranty. Great first impression! We moved forward with signing the quote and soon there after, we received a call from Curtis to setup a time for the repair. Curtis was easy to talk with, professional, informative and showed up on time the day of the repair. His team got to work and did a great job repairing the section of the roof causing the leak. Curtis also provided us with many photos of the work, prior to starting, during the repair and after. I attached just a few to this review. This is helpful to see and I appreciate the transparency. The team was respectful of the property and cleaned up after the job was done. I feel confident that this repair will hold up compared to the prior roofing company that initially did the work. I highly recommend K&D Roofing based on this experience.
Great experience! I highly recommend K&D! I reached out to them after a bad experience with another roofing company. K&D was the roofing company I wish I'd called first! My project manager, Isaac, was a pleasure to work with, straight forward, and on point with his assessments and recommendations. This was an insurance covered full roof replacement. Parts of the roof had been damaged by hail, and the sub-roof and some of the fascia were rotted. Isaac and I worked together to select materials that met my budget and aesthetic requirements, and renewed the roof's structural integrity. This included replacing load bearing joists and previous low pitched roofing that had not been done to code. Isaac seamlessly coordinated with the insurance company on repairs and costs that were beyond the scope/cost of the initial estimate. Isaac's crew was efficient, meticulous, and professional. I live out of state, and they did everything possible to keep me appraised of how things were going to include very clear and comprehensive drone pics and detailed before and after pics of problem areas. I'm completely confident that the roof was done right. Bottom line, K&D should be your first call if you need honest roof work. I'm thrilled with how my roof turned out and I give them my highest possible recommendation!
I hired K&D after a hailstorm and was optimistic after their strong sales pitch. Unfortunately, that was the best part of the experience. Key siding repairs we discussed were never completed, despite being promised during the sales phase. Only later was I told my insurance “wouldn’t cover it,” a total bait-and-switch. Roofing materials were left hanging off the roof and, four months later, still haven’t “fallen off” as I was told they would. I also found several nails in my driveway—something a proper cleanup should have caught. It appeared stones from my flower bed were used during the job and never put back. Small detail, but it added to a pattern of carelessness. K&D is on the higher end cost-wise- through insurance I paid over $18K for this job. My neighbors paid significantly less and got more covered done. I expected a smoother, more professional process for the price, and it was disappointing not to receive that. I would look elsewhere.
