I love the friendly service and the vacuum suction is very strong. I've come across where the vacuum doesn't work well, when I get the attention from staff, they try to fix it right away. The cost is reasonable also.
Great service. They do a great job getting car ready for the wash and I love the free vacuum after. Highly recommend.
I usually don't go to car washes but I thought why not and I really needed a car wash so I decided to give this place a try. I'm glad I did. It did a really good job and the employee helping me check in was super kind and explained to me all the different wash options I could choose. The employee who helped me was super friendly and made the process quick and easy. I'll definitely be back.
The location is good and the price, well it could be if everything actually worked that you pay for. I have only used the self serve and not the drive through car wash. I go about every other week and there is always something broken. The vacuums are regularly broken partially or don’t work at all. There is never the wax or storm protection spray. The spot free rinse is frequently inoperative. It’s seems like things frequently break and there is no rush to fix it.
They will NOT help you if they damage your car through the car wash the manger Juan has been impossible to contact it’s been two weeks! I filled out an incident report and the car wash associate and still hasn’t contacted me about any updates or even how to handle the situation the customer support number has been leaving him notes to contact me but he still has not contacted me. I would recommend if you sign up for the monthly car wash subscription please be aware if they damage your car they will not only ignore your concerns and calls and be the most unhelpful about the situation they will tell you to not make an insurance claim until you speak to the manager of the car wash yet the manager of the car wash will be impossible to get a hold of.
