Ken is absolutely amazing. He is professional, caring, and communicative. I moved to Alberta from BC in the summer. My realtor in BC recommended Ken so I reached out to him a few months before selling my home in BC. I told him I was looking for a house but was in no hurry to buy and wanted to wait until my house sold. I let him know what I was looking for and the areas I was interested in. Even knowing I wasn't buying right away, Ken made himself available via text, phone, or email to help answer questions. My sister was my go to person in Alberta and he responded to her inquiries on my behalf treating her with respect and kindness. Ken made sure to get her and my brother-in-law in to look at houses when they were available which often meant evenings and weekends! When they came out to help me pack up the U-Haul and make the move, Ken was kind enough to look at houses we were interested in on his own. He called as he walked through the house, and because we couldn't get a video chat working, he explained everything he was seeing in detail, describing the layout, what you see when walking from one room to the next, etc. Simply amazing attention to detail. He didn't try to 'sell' us a home but rather let us find the homes we were interested in and he would pose questions to us to help us decide if the house we were looking at was actually 'the one' for us. He never swayed us either way. He set our 'want's up in a program so I would get emails of houses that matched what we were looking for and he simply waited for me to message him about homes we were interested in. In the end, about three months after looking, including one month into my Alberta move, we found the home we were looking for and it was big enough for four generations to live in with each getting their own space. If you are looking for a one of a kind, professional, courteous and down to earth realtor, look no further than Ken - he's the best there is.
My husband and I recently moved from Vancouver to Calgary, and we were referred to Ken Eddy by our real estate agent in Vancouver. Ken is a seasoned professional, very personable, and we always felt as though he had our best interests in mind. We sincerely appreciate that he took his time in showing us many different homes over a few days, made careful observations and provided us with a wealth of information regarding the homes that we had viewed. Overall, Ken was a pleasure to work with, and we would be more than happy to refer him to anyone looking to buy a home in Calgary.
We decided to move because we needed more space and were ready for a change. When we started looking for a Realtor, we really wanted someone we could trust and who knew the neighbourhood, so that's why we chose Glenn. He is very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and really listened to what we were looking for. But what we appreciated most was how responsive and proactive he was, whether it was answering our (many) questions, setting up showings quickly, or guiding us through paperwork. He also seems to have an endless number of contacts, from home inspectors to mortgage brokers to real estate lawyers, which he gladly shared with us. We ran into some unexpected issues with our bank during the purchasing process, and while we were stressed and overwhelmed, Glenn stayed calm and problem-solved — going above and beyond what you'd expect from a Realtor. For us, that kind of support was the most valuable part of his service. We highly recommend Glenn.
We were relocating from the U.S. to Calgary and needed a realtor who could help us buy a house within a tight timeline. It was important for us to find someone responsive, flexible, and willing to work closely with us during our one week visit dedicated to house hunting. After many positive reviews, we chose to contact Glenn and he exceeded our expectations. He began working with us immediately, setting up a property search app that allowed us to identify homes of interest in advance. On our first day in Calgary (a Sunday), Glenn arranged viewings for 10 properties. Although we did not find a suitable option that day, we expressed interest in exploring homes in the Evanston area. Glenn promptly made the necessary arrangements, ensuring we could view additional properties the following day. He also coordinated the home inspection to take place during our stay, which was really helpful. Glenn’s expertise, professionalism, and dedication were key in making the entire process smooth. We are sincerely grateful to have had him as our realtor.
