Kris was an amazing help at this location! They were able to recreate an heirloom necklace I had lost in under 2 weeks. They sourced and color matched the new gemstone for approval in a similar setting. I am thrilled with the results and the service was top-notch. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. There was no pressure at all and they provided great advice, especially Ryan and the goldsmith Diane. I love my ring and am so happy we decided to go with Kesslers.
We highly recommend Kesslers! Their customer service is outstanding, and the team is incredibly knowledgeable, making the process of choosing wedding rings enjoyable and stress-free. My fiancée and I worked with Ryan for both of our rings, and he was fantastic to work with, personable, professional, and discreet when discussing pricing (a refreshing change from other places that announce it loudly). Ryan never pressured us or tried to upsell, which we truly appreciated. Kesslers offers a great selection of engagement rings and wedding bands, and we’ll definitely return for future jewelry needs. We’ll also be recommending them to family and friends!
We had such an amazing experience at Kesslers! My now husband and I worked with Ryan to choose our wedding bands and he was incredibly helpful. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and a great communicator. We did not feel pressured to make a purchase at all. A couple of days before our wedding, he even texted us to come in and get my engagement ring and our bands cleaned. Ryan truly went above and beyond, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience.
All of his associates at Kessler’s are top notch. I would trust them with all of my jewelry. I thought I had been taken care of my wedding ring and diamond pendant. I handed it over them to see if they could clean it better than I could. The result was nothing short of miraculous.. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring your diamonds and other fine jewelry to them- Or to buy something new. Ryan & Chris Thank you. And the Goldsmith, just WOW!
