Rachel, our injector, was absolutely incredible. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything to both my mother and me, making sure we felt completely comfortable throughout the entire process. Having received Botox several times at different places, I can confidently say this was by far the best experience I’ve had. She was the perfect balance of friendly and professional. I can’t wait to see her again!
I’ve been going to this med spa for quite some time now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best experiences I’ve had. The facility is always extremely clean, well organized, and welcoming, which immediately puts you at ease the moment you walk in. I’ve been a client for several months, and every visit has been consistently great. The staff is incredibly kind, professional, and attentive they truly make you feel cared for and never rushed. Everyone takes the time to answer questions and ensure you’re comfortable, which makes a huge difference. Miguel and Rachel RN keep me coming back ! I highly recommend this med spa to anyone looking for high-quality service in a clean, friendly, and professional environment.
Exceptional service and care. I initially inquired about a Hydrafacial and microneedling treatment, and although availability was limited until the end of the month, Greg went above and beyond by reaching out when a same-day cancellation became available. Susana was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process and was incredibly patient with all of my questions. You can genuinely feel the passion she has for what she does and how much she truly cares about helping her clients achieve their skin goals. I never felt rushed and felt completely comfortable and informed throughout my treatment. I highly recommend Khronos Med Spa to anyone looking for professional, caring, and high-quality skincare services. I'II definitely be coming back!
I had an amazing experience at Khronos for my lip filler and touch-up. The facility is extremely clean and has such a chic, welcoming atmosphere. Miguel is incredibly knowledgeable—he educates you and talks you through everything he’s doing and why, which made me feel very comfortable and confident in the process. The entire staff is also very knowledgeable and polite. I truly felt well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend Khronos for anyone considering lip filler or other aesthetic services!
I would be very cautious about going here. I received under-eye filler that was placed too superficially, resulting in the Tyndall effect and visible discoloration. They only have one injector who performs filler, and when I contacted the office multiple times, I received no response because the injector was on a cruise. I later saw a dermatologist who confirmed the filler was placed in the wrong plane and advised dissolving it. I had to pay out of pocket to correct the issue. Unfortunately, more than six months later, I am still left with discoloration around the injection site that appears permanent. I strongly recommend choosing a provider with proper training and experience.
