This is a very nice indoor playground with good customer service from the staff. We enjoyed the visit with our grandchildren. They also have party rooms available for celebration.
Very good for kids, clean and safe. Adults can play in most areas with their kids. Go early to beat the crowds best when first opened.
The girls at check-in are always so friendly! I love seeing the employees clean up throughout our visit and there’s never “trash” laying around. For a winter break, weekend, it was surprisingly empty. We will definitely be back! Oh - and there’s discounts, 20% off if you’re celebrating a birthday!
My 5yo had so much fun. Lots of sensory activities which was an absolute plus!!! Imaginary play and water play area. Facility overall was clean. Staff was very friendly. Learned of their drop in service on this trip. Definitely going to try it out as well!
Max had such an incredible time at Kids City near Aulani! It’s the perfect indoor spot to take a break from the resort and escape the sun. We spent more than 6 hours here—from 9:15 AM to 3:45 PM—and honestly, it flew by. There’s so much for kids to do, from pretend play to climbing and exploring. My son never got bored for a second. What really stood out to me was the staff—especially the girls working here. They are incredibly friendly and constantly working to keep the place spotless. I’ve never seen anything like it, not even at the children’s areas back home in San Jose. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is clean, safe, and welcoming. They are truly amazing employees! This was such a great experience for both me and my son. Highly recommend if you’re in the area—it’s worth every minute!
