My daughter cut her hair on her own (silly kids) and last minute when they were closing Dorothy saved us right before Halloween day. She did such an amazing job. We couldn’t be happier with how her hair turned out ❤️
Cute place for kids but the stylists aren’t very compassionate & they make their own rules. We arrived at 2:22 with a closing time of 3:00. They denied me service - Apparently it takes 30-40 minutes to clean & they “retain the right” to deny you service anywhere in that timeframe. My son was very upset as this has happened more than once. I ended up taking him to Sports Cuts in the same shopping center & they were very gentle with my 3 year old and even gave him a taffy. Save yourself the trouble.
My son is 2 his first hair cut back in January was great, no bad experiences the first time around. My mother had recently taken him back to get another hair cut and when she got there she was told since he was 2 he couldn’t sit in the AirPlane chair due to safety issues. Listen my son is small he was a premie so he’s kinda short. When they put him on the motorcycle he was terrified he couldn’t even reach the handles, bottoms anything to keep a grip. Not to mention there’s nothing keeping him on it. There’s no sides to it so he was scared since he couldn’t even hold on. He was screaming his head off scared and she just started cutting his hair. It ended up with him sitting on my mother’s lap to get his hair cut. Now want to know how the plane is a violation but a motorcycle with no side railings isn’t ? I could have looked over the fact that the hair cut was just terrible if all that didn’t happen before hand. The hair cut was bad. The person who cut his hair took the side behind his ear on one side NOTICEABLY higher up then the other side. The front is choppy and not even at all and same with the back there was a whole chunk of hair like almost an inch longer. Also I don’t appreciate that she made a comment about the crookedness of his head and then asking why they didn’t MAKE him have a helmet. And then proceeded to cut his hair so short it’s all you can see instead of leaving that part a bit longer to not have it be so noticeable. I think the comment about the helmet was very ignorant. They don’t know my financial situation or home situation to be making comments like that. And all that and it cost 30$ for a terrible hair cut and experience
Worst place ever to take your child to cut their hair. My husband took him today and now I have to fix his hair because it’s all uneven and also she left his hair like a patch.
