Everyone here is so professional, so courteous, and so good at what they do! I wouldn't dare let anyone else (myself included!) touch my eyebrows! Update to say: It has been literal years since I posted this review and to this day Karen is still the only human who has grooming privileges over my brows. Zero regrets. Perfect service. A++ would still and always recommend.
I’ve been going to Karen for my brows for 7 years. I don’t even live in Austin anymore but still make the trek up because she is that good!! She is an expert of the craft, taking detailed care and time to create the perfect brow for your face shape and features. I always get compliments on my brows and know whenever I enter her studio, I’m in good hands!

My eyebrows can be challenging with a unique growth pattern (I'm part Asian), but Karen knows exactly what they need. She’s so wildly experienced! On top of that, Karen is such a joy to be around. I’ve been going to Karen for a couple of years now for my brows! My brows have never looked this great and without her - I don’t want to imagine. When I first went to Karen my eyebrows weren’t even the same shape. Now I have a beautiful shape and they are are twins. Karen is a true master and I don’t trust anyone else with my brows. She’s kind, caring, and believe it or not, the process is very relaxing. I almost fall asleep every time. The location is beautiful and clean. Brandi is also super nice and helpful. She always confirms my appointment a few days prior which I really appreciate!
