Kitchen on Fire came to our rescue at the last minute, after another food truck pulled out of catering our Cultural Showcase and Art Exhibition event at St Mary's College, Ipswich. They were wonderful to deal with - so accommodating, and with over 400 guests at the school it was no small order! The feedback from all our staff, parents and students at the College was that the food was amazing. We can't thank you enough for coming to our rescue, and we'll definitely be booking you in to cater future events!
After getting a great brisket slider meal yesterday I decided to try the bacon and egg roll. Both are really good. With the brisket slider I didn't want the bread roll so instead they went out of their way to give me the meat with a serve of chips. I hope to see them at another event to try more of their food. 😃
We had the pleasure of having Kitchen On Fire cater our recent event for over 140 guests. Karl and the team exceeded every expectation. From start to finish, the quality and speed of their service stood out, nothing was too much trouble and everything ran seamlessly. The menu was a hit with both adults and kids, starting with a great variety of entrées before moving on to mains that everyone enjoyed. The food came out quickly, fresh and beautifully presented, which made a huge difference for such a large crowd. Beyond the food, the professionalism of the Kitchen On Fire team really impressed us. They worked smoothly alongside our staff, communicated clearly and made sure every detail was taken care of without stress. Thanks Karl and your team for helping us bring this vision to life (oh an not to mention, they travelled out to Somerset Dam where no other caters would travel to work the event)

The greatest accompaniments to a beer or two! The trio of sliders were all top notch - not over-loaded; rather, the low-and-slow meats are allowed to shine. The loaded pork belly fries were an absolute winner, with the chips cooked to crispy perfection and seasoned just right. Will be keeping an eye out for their future appearances!
