Very professional and great work in servicing and identifying issues for our split system units. Koa and Dre are first class all the way. Mahalo guys.

Great communication, Myra provided reminder emails and identified (with a picture) who would be coming to the house. Sheldon and Koa were great. I had a water coming out from the 2nd pipe from the central ac. I just wanted to be sure this is not a major thing. I contacted KK Air again to be confirmed. Kent came out and check the pipe. The system was running fine. Just the 2nd pipe was dirty with slimy stuffs in the pipe. After the cleaning of the pipe. It was fine. Sorry... it was a little thing and I worried too much about it. But, I really appreciated coming out to check on as a free of charge. I felt so bad since Kent has been so busy at work... But, I surely refer your services to my friends, family and my clients. Thank you so much again!!!
KK AC is always great to work with. Myra has great communication and helpful in setting up appointments, and the guys are prompt with their appointment times. The guys are thorough and Kent also dropped in to explain the issue we had with one unit. Will happily continue utilizing KK AC for all my AC services :)
KK Air Conditioning was excellent! From making an appointment, texts communicating appointments, and sending a picture of our technician when he was en route, it was all great customer service. Sheldon was professional and kind, he listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend KK Air Conditioning.
