I went in with my boyfriend to get his watch band adjusted. The owners are very nice, welcoming and knowledgeable. I inquired about a necklace I'd like to have custom made, they gave me some ideas and suggestions that would be perfect for what I want. The lady is excellent at reading people and can tell what would look good for your personal style and taste. When I have the funds for it, I'll go back and get my necklace made. I highly recommend this place. You won't walk in and feel judged like at other jewelers downtown. Its a very pleasant vibe! 🖤✨️
My grandfather left me a massive Soviet gold signet ring, but he was a big guy, and there wasn’t a single finger on me it would fit. I brought it here to have it resized, and the job was definitely not an easy one. The ring has a large stone that had to be removed, the band resized, and the stone set back in. They did it perfectly, no seams, beautifully polished, and all the original gold marks are still in place. Everyone here is incredibly friendly, and it’s so nice to see the work being done right there in front of you. Real craftsmanship and honest people. Highly recommend!
Went to have repairs done for 2 rings and replace stones. Jean Luc is lovely and checked a few odds and ends of jewelry to check if they were gold and they were! And he bought them- at a very fair price. My rings turned out beautifully! I highly recommend
I needed to get a new silver chain as mines broke and I was in/out of the shop in 20 mins. Owners Jean-Luc & Stephanie were very helpful (+ super nice) with selecting the right chain and length, and I ended up paying very fair price. I'm genuinely so happy to have walked into this local gem! Jean-Luc & Stephanie have gained a new lifelong customer :)
It is difficult to overemphasize how memorable an experience Jean-Luc and Stéphanie provided. They went above and beyond in every possible way! They worked with my fiancé to craft the most beautiful engagement ring, capturing everything he had envisioned. They absolutely adored our dog, showering her with treats and affection every time we visited. They were delighted to meet me after the proposal, and see the ring on my hand.
