Had such a lovely experience with Olivia at kookai! She was super helpful, genuinely listened to what I was after, and wasn’t pushy at all. I visited the Rundle store today and was served by Olivia, who has consistently provided the best customer service every time I’ve come in. Her friendly attitude and genuine helpfulness always make me feel welcome and leave me extremely happy with my purchase. She’s saved me so many Friday nights when I’ve needed a last-minute outfit for the weekend! I only go to Rundle now so I can be served by her
I was here over the weekend and so stuck on a dress for a 'beachy wedding.' The wonderful Kara not only talked me out of the wrong playsuit (gently), she also helped me style this gorgeous yellow number. Oh and her compliments were next level! TRuly some of the best customer service, and I will walk into that wedding feeling like a million dollars. Thank you, Kara and the rest of the team!
Hi! I had the best experience at your Rundle Place store today and just had to let you know. I was there just before lunch looking for a formal dress to wear to my brother’s wedding. The girl that served me was THE most helpful, pleasant, lovely, accomodating, understanding, eager, respectful and any other complimentary term you can think of. I was actually blown away by how wonderful she was I felt bad walking out not making a purchase ( not her fault, I am just waaay too tall 😭). Anyway I didn’t get her name regrettably but she had long, light brown hair and prominent freckles so hopefully you find her, tell her manager and give her a raise. After awful customer service experiences all day she was a breath of fresh air. 🙏🩷
