This has been my go to oil change and state inspection location since it opened. Unfortunately, the current owner doesn’t seem to care about his customers. Been there twice recently for State emissions test, and have been turned away because the technician wasn’t there. Was told the owner IS the technician. Too many other shops in the area to continue wasting time here.
Great place to get the car serviced. I’ve been coming here for years and have always had great, honest service!
Incompetence at its finest, I give them two stars because they did put an alternator in and I did not have to. I would give them one star because I still have lights on the dash.. I have given the company thousands of dollars and today I stopped to ask for air for my tires and they could not help me
I do not recommend this place. I have been there twice now and will not go back. First time was to get an oil change and I got there about 30 minutes before close, sat and waited for about 10 minutes while they just stood there for the to come out and tell me they don't take in oil changes 15 minutes prior to close, knowing that I was there well before that time. 2nd time was to get an inspection which was done by someone not certified to do it and said it failed, then when I bring it back they tell me they can't do the inspection because their inspector has been in and they don't know when they will be in. I ask to get my money back to go somewhere else to get the inspection done and they keep giving me the run around.
Trying to get a transmission fluid flush from repair shops seems to be impossible now. You either have soy boy employees or they have no equipment to do it which seems pitiful to me, how do they stay in business. This shop and it's manager / owner knew exactly what I needed, did not hesitate and they got right to it without any issues. His customer service is unbeatable and I really appreciate the job that was done. Highly recommend this shop.
