I am choosing not to support this restaurant at this time due to serious concerns about how it prioritizes profit over the wellbeing and protection of its employees. In the current political climate and ongoing ICE-related circumstances, it is more important than ever for businesses to have clear, humane policies in place to protect their staff. A responsible employer should demonstrate care, transparency, and preparedness when employees may feel vulnerable or unsafe. Unfortunately, this establishment has not shown that employee safety and wellbeing are a priority. Until meaningful changes are made and policies are implemented that reflect a genuine commitment to protecting workers, I will not be spending my money here. I believe businesses have an ethical responsibility to support the people who keep them running—not just their bottom line.
Good food if served hot right away. Never got my drink as ordered (need to update menu if not available) so I just drank water. Only 1 wait staff on the floor taking orders and had a food runner delivering to the table. Atmosphere wasn't what I expected. Limited parking.
Love this place. Great fresh guacamole and chips. Birria quesadilla is my new favorite 😍
I’m giving five stars since La Costa consistently has very good dinner food. We have not been impressed with the breakfast, but dinner has always been great. I love the shrimp tacos and the guacamole is very good. The chips are fantastic and my husband loves the ceviche. The service was very slow on Saturday night and the UFC night was not really our vibe, but the vibe and service has been much better on other times we have been.
I've been here so many times and have yet to write a review. I'm not a huge Mexican lover but I always find something I can eat here!! The service is hit or miss but the food is always good! I absolutely recommend the ceviche, it's always fresh and delicious. The chips are good and well seasoned and their happy hour always hits. The sangria is delicious as are the margaritas. In the summer they open the doors and you can eat on the sidewalk. The bathroom isn't the cleanest but not so bad you can't use it. Stop it and find out for yourself, the food won't let you down.
