I dropped my car off on short notice due to Valvoline telling me I had a oil leak they got me in right away looked over things very thoroughly and assured me I did not have an oil leak. I was so pleased with the timely and good Professional Service that I offered a tip but they refused to take one and were just happy to have me as a customer. I really appreciate the honesty and great service I will definitely be coming back for any future auto repairs and recommending to all friends and family. Thank you guys so much for the Great And Timely service!!!

Professional, timely, reasonably priced and willing to give good advice - this is my go-to shop for all our family's vehicles. We were recently in the market for a used SUV which we got inspected at Lancer. The report was thorough but they were also able to give context and advice on which issues were most concerning and what could wait. Glad to have Lancer across the river from us!
I’ve taken my car to Lancer twice with tire issues. The first time I rolled in with a very close to flat tire. They had it fixed within an hour while I waited in the very clean, comfortable waiting room with my 4 kids. They loved the candy and snacks proved, I appreciated the coffee:) The second time I had a slow leak in my tire. Called and made an appointment for the next morning. Dropped it off. Had it by end of day. Communication is seem less with call and texting readily available. All the staff is very nice and professional! Definitely would recommend.
