We have been Landmark customers for longer than I can even recall. Landmark installed our replacement ac/heating units and have performed maintenance on them and also the original house units that were replaced. We have never been less than totally satisfied with the professionalism of their service and quality of the technicians that perform service for us The technicians are well trained, service oriented and good at communicating with the customer. The Landmark maintenance contract assures that we receive regular timely service. All in all, Landmark is impressive.
2nd full HVAC system purchased and installed. They worked with me to conserve space and still fit in more efficient systems. They made sure that generator ac bypass was hooked up correctly and working. Planning, comparable builds shown to compare and communication was great. The work was done when said. I highly recommend.
Just got started with Landmark's maintenance in the spring, following my husband's passing. It is peace of mind knowing that a Landmark tech is now checking on it twice a year and on the lookout for potential issues. The tech who calls on me is always on time, polite, courteous, and takes the time to answer question. I'm sticking with Landmark!
