I have been getting treatment here for only a couple months and have found noted improvement. Appreciate the quickness and responsiveness to my initial reach out and detailed plan that was laid out within the first few days of my initial visit.
My first visit to the Wellness Center was very pleasant. Cole greeted me and even helped me complete my paperwork. Melissa told me what to expect and listened and recorded my reasons for being there. She took me in for x-rays. Then I met with Dr. Craig who also listened and explained what my next session would look like. I’m actually looking forward to the next session.
Dr C and all of the staff are so kind and accommodating. They have made it so easy for my husband who is in a wheelchair to have adjustments.
My prenatal adjustment appointment began 20 minutes after the fact. My prereg paperwork was submitted online days before. Which clearly no one read because 3 people asked how far along I was. Then everything was 5 minutes just quick crack and leave. No explanations, no sense of security really during the adjustment period. I appreciated that the fellow was kind and made sure I was comfortable in the chair, but otherwise, not sure I will be coming back.
I came here at the recommendation of someone I know who goes here, after I have had a very traumatic chiropractic experience in the past and chronic pain in my neck and back. Dr. Craig is wonderful! very knowledgeable and kind. Really wants to get patients on the road to optimal health which I appreciate so much. Cole and Hannah and the other young lady (whose name I am forgetting) up front are great at getting patients scheduled, greeting them in a kind way, and answering any questions they may have.
