The spa is a great place to go to relax. I went there the first time in December of 2024 on a whim and have been a regular ever since. It's nice and serene the moment you walk into the door the outside noise is gone. I regularly see Lucy for my massage and she's fantastic at working out all my kinks. I have had 2 facials and they were fantastic as well. They even got a membership program that makes it even better price wise. Definitely a hidden jewel in Henderson.
This was hands down the best facial experience I’ve ever had. From start to finish, Jen took the time to really listen to my skin concerns and answer all my questions in detail. She explained each step of the process, what products were being used, and why — which made me feel completely comfortable and informed. The treatment was customized to target my problem areas, and I noticed an immediate difference in how refreshed, clean, and glowing my skin looked afterward. Jen was gentle yet thorough, and I appreciated the extra attention to hydration and texture. I left feeling relaxed, confident, and with my skin looking the best it has in years. Highly recommend Jen to anyone looking for a truly personalized and effective facial experience!
Today I was reminded that sometimes, you really do get what you pay for. I’ve been to other massage places in Vegas for about half the price, but the experience was always mediocre—walking on my back without much skill or technique. This place stood out right away. With a 4.9-star rating (at the time of this review), I expected a quality massage, and that’s exactly what I received. The massage was outstanding—10/10. I asked for deep pressure, and as a 6’2” male 200lb it takes real strength to deliver, but my therapist handled it perfectly. The difference compared to the cheaper spots I’ve tried was night and day. In short: if you’re fine with “just okay” massages, the bargain places might work. But if you want an amazing massage done right, this is where you should go.
I had the most wonderful experience at Lapis & Oak Spa! I booked a pregnancy massage followed by a facial with a collagen mask, and everything was absolutely amazing from start to finish. My technician showed such incredible hospitality, making sure I was comfortable and cared for the entire time. The massage left me feeling so relaxed and refreshed, and the facial was the perfect way to follow it up. My husband even said I came out glowing — and I truly felt amazing! I can’t recommend this spa enough, especially for anyone looking for a peaceful and pampering experience.
Ive been going to Tommy for 6 years now. In my opinion he is the best to ever do it. Very professional and kind hearted. Knows the body and his main goal is to get you back in alignment. The spa is SO PRETTY AND RELAXING. They sale the best products. Organic and clean. I always feel lighter when I leave Lapis and Oak. Lisa is a great aesthetician she gives amazing facials and is so kind. She explains everything shes doing and makes you feel very comfortable. I would recommend either one of them any day.
