Just got a scare from a text message "from Google" saying someone from Australia accessed my computer! I checked my activity logs and there were some warnings around the time the breach happened, so I wanted it to be checked for malware even though I have Norton on my machine. This shop is blocks from my house. It turned out to be a fraud email but while being checked out, Tilson, for a very reasonable bench fee, found some nasty software that had piggybacked in on some program and Norton hadn't caught it. Thank you!
Tilson did an excellent job repairing my Dell laptop by installing a new hard drive. He was knowledgeable, efficient & the job was done quickly.
I was having issues with the screen on my HP Chromebook. I took my laptop in to be looked at and the issue was quickly diagnosed. The new screen was ordered and less than a week later I had my laptop in the shop and the new screen was installed in less than 45 minutes. The pricing was up front and the diagnosis was quick.
