I engaged Karls Technology to network a new computer to a shared family computer system. The computer technician (Alberto) arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, and worked efficiently. He also resolved a variety of nuisance computer issues that I was experiencing. Albert also had the ability (and he took the time) to review the work that he performed in "non-computer speak". If I could give Alfredo Gonzalez Ten Stars I would! He is the BEST Computer Technician that I have EVER found. He is SO knowledgeable and takes the time to explain every step that he goes through to fix your computer. He doesn't just fix it - he gets "deep inside" and checks for any hidden potential problems that could comprise your system. The day Alfredo came into my home and fixed my computer I knew right then and there he was it!! I would NEVER use anyone else!! He doesn't give any BS to get your business.
