Just finished my last session at LaserAway. Callan was amazing, very professional, gentle, and made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. Zara and Jamie at the front desk were also super friendly and helpful.
Mateo helped me and his patience and the time you took to sign me up and truly understand all of my options and costs were something I haven't received from a business like this. He actually cared about my needs and offered me all the time I needed to make the decision that was right for me. I want to thank him for walking me through all of the sign-up, payment plans, aftercare, and more. Lazeraway is lucky to have someone like you on their staff, and I am excited to meet you on my first appointment!!
I wrote a review a few months ago (see below) and I’m adding to it. Everyone there is so amazing. I met three people on the desk that I haven’t met before Zoe, Zara and Paola - they were kind, friendly and super efficient Again, I had my appointment with Nicole and she continues to amaze me. She’s gentle, kind and so precise in the placement of the injections. I love her!!! Thank you, Laser Away for hiring such high-quality wonderful people. ***** This place is wonderful. The people are always friendly and kind. Bryanna and Cat, on front desk, were super sweet and helpful. And Evelyn, the nurse who worked with me, was super gentle, kind and accurate. A great experience!!!!
Zara, Zoe, Callan and Jo are EXCEPTIONAL!!! I have to say, A+ job. The facility is so clean and the girls at the front are so detailed and made me feel so comfortable. The two nurses I met were amazing. They answered all of my questions and I am so excited to return. They even gave me a coffee when I got here. I am so excited try more treatments!
Called to book a Botox session and Mateo was so helpful and wonderful to speak with! As a new customer, Mateo provided lots of info on the qualifications of their nurses who administer these services, Laser Away’s nurses and practitioners, which is so important and reassuring as a new customer. Mateo, made the entire booking experience incredibly easy and straight forward. Mateo also explained the differences between different injection options which I didn’t even know were available. They were also able to throw in a little promotion for a free hair removal treatment. Overall, fantastic customer service! Looking forward to my appointment!
