We had a great time for my younger son Sam's 13th Birthday yesterday!! Both of the gentlemen that assisted us went above and beyond to ensure my sons had a great experience!! They accept reservations and walk-ins! We didn't have a reservation and everything still went smooth! The prices are affordable!! The game marshal was hella cool!! He made the safety briefing fun and his ability to engage with us really did make it feel better. The course is awesome! Its three levels and there's so many ways to go!! Yes, I sure did play with my sons so I do know!! We will definitely be back with a larger group!! We traveled over an hour from Vacaville, CA to play at the San Carlos location and it was worth it!!
Great customer service and friendly staff. Only wish I was warned about how big the pizzas were and were advised on how much food to order. (FYI: the King Kong is huge order cautiously.) We totally over ordered for our party and had tons of leftovers. The food was really good but we could have saved on the excess food we didn’t need. Other than that we had a great party. Thanks for a good time LaserMaxx San Carlos team!
I was invited here for a birthday party and loved every minute of it! The LaserMaxx obstacle course was amazing — it was a maze with mirrors, open windows, and multiple up-and-down levels, which made the experience super fun and exciting. Everything felt very safe with well-designed safety features. The staff was very nice and made sure we had a great time while keeping safety a top priority. Such a fun and memorable experience — I’d definitely come back again! 🎉✨
We planned a surprise birthday party here and it was absolutely amazing. If you’re on the fence, just book it — you won’t regret it. We had a terrific time from start to finish. The online booking process was incredibly simple, and Karina even called to confirm the details. She is so warm and kind, taking the time to help us and making sure we felt truly welcome and taken care of. We had a larger group, and check-in was swift and organized. Choosing codenames for everyone can be a bit hectic, but the front desk employees were patient and helpful. They were calm and collected, even though we were running a little behind for our game. Every employee we interacted with was fantastic. When we walked into the party room, everything was already set up. There were plates, napkins, utensils all ready for us. Karina graciously allowed us extra time in the room, which we deeply appreciated since it gave us time to sit, relax, and enjoy being together. The arcade games were also a huge hit — fun and addicting! Overall, this was an amazing experience. I would highly recommend booking a party here, and we will absolutely be back.
We had organized my son’s 10th Birthday party at LaserMaxx, San Carlos. The overall experience was simply amazing. Right from the games to the cake cutting and pizza party, everything was arranged very nicely. Our host was superb! He helped us with party arrangement, serving cake and pizza to all the guests and taking care of every minute detail. The kids and adults, all of them had a blast 💥 Thank you LaserMaxx and the team for making our birthday event a memorable one ❤️
