We recently worked with Laura on the sale of our home of nearly fifteen years, at the recommendation of a trusted realtor from another state. We had already moved across the country (and had briefly converted the house into a rental, which introduced some additional challenges), so essentially all of the work was performed by Laura and her team at Coldwell remotely. Laura helped us strategize and navigate what needed to happen throughout the process, from planning and facilitating work we wanted to do in advance of listing, to marketing and negotiating offers, through to the final close of sale. When complications came up, she juggled work with multiple service providers and buyers' agents, all with impeccable timing. I would describe Laura as professional, knowledgeable, and deeply connected within the local Cinci community. She is also phenomenally easy to work with--always ready to hop on a call when needed, making sure to understand what mattered to us, and that we, in turn, were well informed when making decisions, and very clearly working with our best interest strongly in mind at all times. Selling a family home is a stressful process—at least it was for us--but we are deeply grateful to have had Laura and her team there for us. I have no doubt we came out much the better because of it.
I saw a little 1948 house for sale eight doors down the street from my new grandson's home. Six weeks later I had the keys and moved in! It would’ve happened even sooner if Thanksgiving and Christmas hadn’t happened in between!! I also got the sellers to come down to the price I was hoping for, and all of this is thanks to Laura! I found her on a Google search, and couldn’t have been more pleased! She was on top of every detail, got back to me with answers as quickly as possible, and guided me effortlessly through the process, which was so nice since it was my first time to purchase a home. She is professional, does what she says she’s going to do in a timely manner, and I highly recommend her! Loving my little Gramma Cottage!
Laura is excellent! She was always there when I needed her because this was a probate sale. She always gave me great advice and make sure she always got back to me quickly to answer my questions. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a caring, business-minded real estate agent who wants to get their home sold for a fair price and feel comfortable at the same time. Laura is a winner!
Laura is a cut above the rest. This is the second time we have used her while buying a home and the first time while selling. She's knowledgeable, punctual and always on top of things. She handles a lot "behind the scenes" so to speak and only loops you in when you really need to know something. Buying/selling a home is confusing enough, I appreciated not being inundated with information I didn't need! She's worked with my parents and brother-in-law as well, and they all had equally great experiences with her. Laura is a shark who will put in serious work for you, we couldn't be more thankful for her!
