I purchased this used car in terrible condition and brought it here for a full interior shampoo. The pictures don’t even do it justice on what an amazing job was done to this car. The seats were almost black from grease and every surface imaginable was also full of crud, dirt and dust. The workers were very honest when I first requested the full shampoo stating they may not be able to get ALL the grease stains out as it’s been accumulating on this car for who knows how long and I was completely fine with that. Given the state of the car when I brought it in, they really made it feel like a brand new car. I will definitely be coming back for cleanings in the future!
Had no issue using their services at the Decarie location, then they moved to Maisonneuve. I no longer can recommend this car wash. When I got a wash at the new location for the first time, I noticed afterwards a broken off piece of plastic on the front passenger side door handle. The second time I went, I showed the owner the damage and although he believed the damage could not have been caused by his wash, but according to him was likely due to a previous bad paint job, he instructed an employee to add some touch up paint on the exposed area of the door handle. After my second wash, at home, I noticed new damages to the paint, peeling along the edge of the roof and bubbling on the trunk handle. I went back the next day hoping to see the owner but he was not around. When I tried calling him twice there was no answer. My car is not new but having a crack then paint coming off after a wash is indicative of excessive water pressure despite the owner’s claim of low pressure of 1000 psi. The cleanliness of the car was not top as well as there was a sticky substance on the rear fender right after the wash. When addressed at the shop, the attendant simply informed me it was not from the wash. No biggie, I wiped it off with paper towel and warm water
Terrible experience! I wish I read the reviews before going there! I could have done a better job myself! I asked for only the interior cleaned for 27$ they basically just vacuumed my car which I could have done myself away a gas station for 3$. Im so pissed off and discouraged I’m not even sure what they actually did! It’s a scam do not go there
Film of dirt still on my vehicle exterior. When I mention it, the guy took a microfibre to scrub it off dry. All this does the scratch the paint. Haze left on windows, mirrors not cleaned properly, cup holder not cleaned at all. Just an all-around crappy job. This place has been my go to for almost a year now and they’ve always done a great job. Today was definitely an exception, and when I mentioned it, the guy did nothing to remedy the situation so I will not be back. Unfortunately, the businesses are so willing to lose a customer that is loyal and goes out of their way to go there and spend money.
First off, if you’re like me and never carry cash with you, this place DOES take Debit/Card and has an ATM machine as well! Before car wash: My car was BAD. I have pets and children and my back seats were messy with hay and dirt, my carpets were full of dirt and salt from winter/snow. My cup holders were literally filled with DIRT from me dropping a plant in my car during the summer; I hadn’t gotten a car wash in more than a year. It was well needed. Therefore, I got the ✨Super Special Wash✨ *I chose not to get my trunk done, but it is available to do so First impressions: Staff were super friendly and welcoming! Place looked like a car wash and wait times were as other car washes! I don’t mind waiting because that means they’re actually cleaning cars thoroughly and it’s worth the wait! **Final Impressions: I AM SO HAPPY WITH MY CAR. I am always disappointed with other car washers as the nooks and crannies aren’t completely cleaned or even touched! The staff cleaned my cup holders 100%, the side of my doors is super clean! My dashboard is pretty and neat and they even found my Costco card which I had lost more than a year ago buried under my seat and carpets! Honestly, for 45$ and an hour of waiting, it is totally worth it! If you’re pressed on time, just go to an automatic gas station car wash or expect what you pay for if it’s the minimum option available I am 100% satisfied and will definitely keep coming here and recommend it to others! It really made my day coming here! Edit* they also found 10Cents and put my redbull in the cup holder when they were done!
