One year edit: Te queremos, Ana!!! Went there with my 12 years old golden/lab mix and Cassandra did a great job! She asked many questions before grooming to make sure of everything related to my dog. And after grooming she almost guided me like a vet. Highly recommended ♥️
Ana was amazing! My dog has never looked so good! She gave me advice on what to use for his fur. Hamilton definitely also enjoyed his time with her! I wholeheartedly recommend her services!
I do not recommend bringing your dog here. I took my Border Collie and they gave him an extremely short haircut without my consent. I clearly told them to just trim a little around his private area and tail for hygiene purposes, but when I came to pick him up, he looked nothing like what I asked for. I was in shock, and to make matters worse, the owner lectured me—saying it was wrong to cut my dog’s hair like that… when I never asked for it in the first place. My appointment was from 10 to 12, and I arrived on time at 1 PM, only to be told he still wasn’t ready. I let them know I had a meeting and could come back at 2 PM, and the owner actually offered to charge me for keeping my dog there—when the delay was completely on their side. Terrible service, zero professionalism, and no real grooming knowledge. They didn’t offer any kind of apology or solution for what they did. I just hope my dog’s fur grows back soon :( Posting before and after photos.
I’m really disappointed with my dog’s haircut this time. I had specifically requested not to touch his face or tail, but they were completely shaved. It also looks like no effort was made to brush him before cutting—his coat was stripped down entirely, which was unnecessary and not what I asked for. This visit felt rushed and careless, and I honestly don’t recognize my dog right now. I’ve had good experiences here before, but this one really missed the mark.
We are so happy with our experience! My bebe chat looks so happy, comfortable and confident. At other places she seemed like in a bad mood afterwards but not here! She smells so good too. I'm allergic but can't help putting my face on her constantly! 😂 We will definitely be bringing her here from now on, even if it costs a bit more, it's worth every penny. The staff are nice and I feel safe leaving her with them. All around good service. I 100% recommend!
