I went to see Oscar at LeBron's Car Audio with an electrical problem. He took things apart, diagnosed the problem and sent me on my way free of charge as I did not want to spend the necessary money to put the problem right. He was very friendly, very accommodating and helpful, and would not take cash offered as compensation for his time. That's good old fashioned service and it means I will go to him in the future and tell my firends and all of you to do the same.
I have had my vehicles tinted here well over 10 years. Every single car I have had I brought here. The quality and experience here is unmatched. I have always recommended this place to everyone I know. Very knowledgeable and quick you cannot beat years of experience when coming here. You will not be disappointed.
I can’t tell you how great this shop is and how nice and knowledgeable the staff are. I arrived to make an appointment to get my car alarm fixed. When I arrived, Oscar immediately began to troubleshoot what was going on with my alarm. I mean, he stopped working on a car and turned his attention to me. Oscar fiddles around a bit and after 15 minutes got my alarm working again. I was thinking I’d have to get a new one! Not only that but he was able to get my door locks working with the alarm fob and diagnosed that my after market power locks were on a separate system and figured out what part I’d need to fix that! Amazing service! Oscar refused to take any money for his time and labor! I then made an appointment to have my other car’s windows tinted. Awaiting that now. I’ll update this review when that’s finished. I’m sure it’s gonna be great. Note, if you’re looking for this place, just note, it’s behind the liquor store in the shopping center. Go to the far left of the parking (left of the liquor store) and the down a ramp and go all the way to the end of the lower parking lot. You’ll find them there!
Oscar was very nice, highly skilled and explained everything about my installation. He even wanted me to make sure my car warranty would not be voided before any work was done to prevent me trouble in the future. I highly recommend them.
He estado sin bajos en mi auto durante aproximadamente las últimas 2 semanas. Deprimente. Simplemente nunca tuve tiempo de ir a algún lugar para averiguar el problema exacto (subwoofer? amp? otro?). Llegué a casa del trabajo (tarde) ayer y dije que no podía hacer esto más. Fui a Google y apareció este lugar. Y todavía estaban abiertos. Llamé y hablé con Oscar y le conté mi problema. Le pregunté si podía venir ahora mismo y si podría mirarlo ahora mismo. Él dijo que sí. Inmediatamente fui allí. Conduje mi auto directamente y conocí a Oscar... un caballero muy, muy amable. Él hizo sus pruebas y luego me dijo que el amp y el sub funcionan. Es esta pieza la que envía la señal cuando enciendo el auto al amp. Dijo que probablemente murió, así que tendría que reemplazarla. Me mostró la pieza y dijo que costaba 69 dólares. Dijo que hay una más barata de 19 dólares, pero que la de mayor potencia sería mejor para mi auto. Dije que está bien. ¿Cuánto cuesta el trabajo? Dijo que solo cobraría 40 dólares. Dije que sí. Le pregunté si podía hacerlo ahora mismo. Él dijo que sí. Dijo que solo tendría que seguir los cables para encontrar la pieza y luego reemplazarla. Me dijo unos 30 a 45 minutos. Fui a dar una vuelta. Volví y ya se oía mi música con BASS. Dijo que ni siquiera necesitaba la pieza. Encontró algunos cables sueltos (probablemente por escuchar todo ese Migos a todo volumen). Los volvió a conectar correctamente y los aseguró con cinta adhesiva. Todo bien. Sin cargo. Intenté darle algo de dinero, pero dijo que no. Estaba tan, tan feliz y tan, tan agradecido. Buen tipo. Nadie sabría nunca que ese lugar está ahí. Conozco muy bien esa zona y nunca supe que hubiera algo detrás de allí. Da miedo conducir por esa colina tan profunda y empinada y volver hasta el final allí. Pero ahí están. Gracias, Oscar. En otro tema, tengo que decir que definitivamente necesitan algunos sofás nuevos y no blancos.
