Jane does a wonderful job with my jeans. I have used her service about five times now and I'm completely satisfied with the work she's done.
Jane did an amazing job on a dress I took in. The dress was too large from the chest and way too long. As soon I tried it on she got straight to work adjusting and pinning everything and is very quick and efficient. She really knows what’s she’s doing and does a great job. She even called me and said the dress was ready 2 days before the original pick up date. I plan to take in some jeans I need fixed now! And best of all, her pricing is reasonable and she’s very sweet.
Often times stars can be deceiving and the weight of each star is often omitted in the review process. I found this place through yelp and found the good reviews and stars. I needed to get two suits altered for a wedding. The first red flags was the hesitancy to try to let out or try any type of more complicated alterations typically done by skilled tailors, there is a strong sense of excuse making and lack of problem solving. After getting some simple stuff done like shortening and hemming I had to go to another place to actually get my suit and pants let out properly. Additionally you can tell that the skill of this place is inferior as they cannot match the stitching done by the suit and the hemming causes wrinkles on the fabric. The hemming was also misaligned and poorly done. Finally, failure to even get a button to line up correctly on my Kiton suit pants was the last straw. What a disaster. I would give 0 stars if I can. I hope this review finds the right people so that consumers don't get frauded and scammed by a shady business pretending to have skill in a profession that clearly have many levels to it. This is clearly fraud and I would be careful to even take your clothing to this place. They clearly don't understand what craftsmanship or skill means. A waste of money and time.
Jane is very nice and sweet! I recently came here to get my Halloween costume adjusted because it was a few inches too long. I had to get it adjusted ASAP, and Jane very quickly was able to adjust my costume in time, and now it fits perfectly! Will definitely come here again if I need anything else tailored.
I ordered my prom dress online & when it arrived, it was far too big. Luckily, I had a month before prom to get it altered. I’ve never done this altering thing before, but luckily, Lee Brothers was there for me. The shop was clean, and Jane… Jane is the mfkn G. She is so funny and reassuring. I was unsure that my dress would be fixed up but she did just the job. Seriously, if you’re looking for the best job and best customer service… hit up Jane at Lee Brothers.
