So I got to the store after 1 he drive and I see the door is closed I opened the door and politely asked if I could come in the man inside looked at me as if I was lost. He said to me what are you looking for? I said “makeup” he didn’t even say yes come right in or anything he yelled “we only sell $300 and up” I said “okay good so can I come in” he hesitated that doesn’t fly with me I have money my business has good clients in O.C and I felt as if I was being discriminated. I said thank you and left. Honestly I feel more sorry for this place because they lost a customer willing to give them a try but They only see big money business they can’t even sell to regular wholesale buyers that’s OK I will keep on using my regular place I hope the owner reads this and understand that Good customer service should be given to everybody doesn’t matter how they look you don’t know how much money someone has to spend.

Ok, tengo una extraña predilección por este lugar. No es el tipo de lugar cuyas virtudes son evidentes de inmediato: es diminuto, increíblemente estrecho - la tienda está literalmente LLENA de inventario hasta el techo, en ciertos rincones es una verdadera lucha solo para poder abrir paso entre todas las cosas... Está sofocante - no hay aire acondicionado ni calefacción, en el verano sinceramente no entiendo cómo aguantan los trabajadores, parece que podrías colapsar y morir pero probablemente esté siendo melodramático. Hablando de los trabajadores: me encantan. Los dos chicos han trabajado allí desde que voy a ir (lo cual es al menos 6 o 7 años). Son profesionales, educados (aunque no son efusivos, pero a quién le importa) y sobre todo, saben cada cosa de esa tienda y pueden recitar los precios de cada tamaño al instante, lo cual, en mi opinión, es increíble porque realmente hay muchísimas cosas. Además, que realmente conocen los productos. No esperaba eso en una tienda de suministros de belleza que cubre prácticamente todo el espectro, maquillaje, cabello, piel, uñas... Nunca esperaba que realmente tendrían una buena familiaridad con, por ejemplo, un sistema de uñas acrílicas líquido y en polvo. Así que eso es una gran ventaja. El dueño da la impresión de ser un poco gruñón, aunque después de años de comprar allí puedo decir con seguridad que no intenta ser un imbécil, no está enojado contigo- así es él. Es buena gente incluso, solo no es muy extrovertido. Por último, pero no menos importante, los precios son los mejores de todos, incluso mejores que en cualquier lugar en línea. No manejan muchas marcas de sistemas de mejora de uñas, realmente solo Mia Secret, pero tienen la línea completa, acrílico líquido y en polvo y gel UV; y a los mejores precios de cualquier lugar.
