Los visitantes destacan una atmósfera acogedora, hogareña, y un entrenador principal apasionado, Maestro Ramírez, que enseña Kempo, defensa personal e incluso armas antiguas. La escuela es elogiada por su instrucción asequible y de calidad, su camaradería positiva y su crecimiento personal continuo.

Legacy martial arts feels like home. I immediately liked Ram the first day we met face to face. I love his energy and positive vibe. Ram and the students welcomed me immediately and I felt that aloha spirit in each and every one of their students. Ram was even generous to let Island Warriors Villasin Balintawak use their space to host a seminar on the weekend. I and my fellow classmates feel so grateful and honored to be a part of Legacy MA/Koa Kenpo Ohana!
This is an excellent place to train. I'm glad we discovered when we attended a seminar being hosted here for Filipino Martial Arts. The facility is clean, there's a good amount of space, a lot of bags, good mats, full mirrors, fans, and when it comes to summer in San Antonio the window tint to keep the place cool in the summer is a lifesaver. I also appreciate the privacy the tint offers. The owner has a real passion for martial arts. Location wise, there's a lot of parking and it's easy to get to, with a variety of food options nearby. Will keep coming back!
Please join this dojo. You will not regret it. The sensei is not only a professional expert but someone who will encourage and support you in your martial arts journey. He is about showing and teaching you the correct forms and techniques found in Kempo Martial Arts. I have barely started coming to this dojo but already feel like I am part of a new martial arts family.
I've been training at Legacy Martial Arts for about 2 months now, primarily doing kickboxing, and it's been an amazing experience! I've seen significant improvement in my movements, durability, strength, and flexibility since I started. The price is very affordable for the quality of training you get. Coach Ramirez, the instructor, is incredibly knowledgeable and pushes you to reach your goals. He creates a supportive atmosphere and really helps you improve. The group of people that attend are friendly and create a positive environment, making each class enjoyable. Overall, it's been a great experience and I highly recommend it!
As a Martial Artist of over a decade I have found Lagacy Martial Arts led by Master Ramirez to be one of the best schools in town. You will learn leadership and camaraderie plus an overall experience of self defense, ancient Martial Arts weapons and fighting strategies. I really enjoy the short amount of times I have gone over to his Dojo.
