Well…. on a random Thursday, I came ready to get information about joining this gym all to find that they were closed at 8 AM. According to their schedule, they’re open from 5 to 1030. Stuff like this make you eerie about joining businesses or being a part of businesses that are not aligned with what they promote. so at this point, I don’t know if the gym is open or closed down.
Great experience with the free 1hr workout session that I joined the same day. Tom (head trainer) was great ! Very hands on and understanding. Just enough to push you , but not overload you. Great gym 10/10 recommendation.
The environment is top tier I love how welcoming the energy is , the coaches and staff are down to earth and understanding personal of my heart health condition. The best boxing experience I’ve had hands down!
Legends Boxing has been an incredible experience for my son. It has instilled in him immense confidence and motivation, helping him discover his true passion. Tom is an exceptional coach, and we thoroughly enjoy working with him.
Started here a few months ago and it's ABSOLUTELY a challenging workout every time. New Years is around the corner and if your hesitating, just come try it out once. Guarantee that you'll leave sore. Lol! 😜 I have never boxed but Coach Jonathan is fantastic at instructions and tweaking your boxing punches and stance. And if your looking for some intense core be sure to take Coach Trent's class and he will have ABS every time! All the members are so friendly and Will, who works in the office, makes everyone feel at home.
