It is a multi purpose gym and had most everything i was looking for. It has a lot of nice equipment and a lot of worn in equipment but either way it worked for me. Not necessarily a body building gym but a decent weight training gym. I like it
Excellent old school style gym. All the weights, machines, equipment you could want. Super convenient 24 hour door code and super welcoming for us as visitors. If I lived in ABQ, this is where I’d work out.
Legion Iron is a cool powerlifting, boxing, MMA gym with a great atmosphere, afffordable rates, and easy access. Shawn, the owner, has put a lot of love and attention into creating a culture that is welcoming to men and women of all ages. Legion Iron has some equipment you won’t find in every gym like a pendulum squat and a belt squat. He’s equipping the outdoor area and hints of getting a seal row. Fingers crossed! 🤞🏼
They have so much equipment, basically everything you need. As someone who trains in home gym exclusively, was a great to use machines I never get to use. I got a day pass and process was simple. Would definitely recommend this gym.
Great gym close to the Nob Hill / University / Downtown area. HUGE gym. Good equipment and a lot of it. I don't think there will be fighting over a squat rack here, there are plenty. Open 24 hours and code access. This place even has an octagon. Great place to get active and spread fitness. I also really like that you can see that the owner is putting money into it constantly. The pictures on Google are cool because when you go you can actually see just how much has been put into it. Cool place. Go join. Update: They have continued to better the gym. Adding equipment and moving stuff around to get that flow just right. Love this gym.
