Working with Leica Store LA, specifically Chern, is incredible. Had to take the time to write a review to share my experience because the team is made of true professionals. Yes, there are a few negative reviews from other patrons, I can understand frustrations if expectations are unmet, especially when considering the investment in Leica camera equipment. However, people are allow to have off days and my experience couldn't be further from the most negative. I was exploring a new camera purchase and had the pleasure of working with Chern. I don't remember quite how many interactions we had because there were so many but throughout the entire process, Chern was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, sent countless photos and was very patient. I never felt the sense of a pushy sale, it was a very honest and comfortable experience - truly representative of a luxury brand. In addition, we visited the store while in LA and Chern was equally as professional with my wife and took the time to show us other products so we can experience the full gamut of photographic options Leica has available. Yes, she now understands why the Noctilux is so special :) Lastly, I have to speak to how much Leica cares about photographic history. Go to any gallery, trust me. You'll often be able to see an exhibit from a photographer and/or simply sit down and thumb through many famous photography books. There is a reason why Leica has been around for over 100 years - when going to a store, you can feel how much history there is behind the brand, than Leica is proud to share it. Thank you, Chern and thank you, Leica Store LA.
Came here for Mathieu Bitton's Paris Blues Q/A artist talk on 2/25/24. What an incredible artist, photographer, designer, producer, and grammy winner. He shared marvelous stories of his upbringing in Paris, venturing to flea markets, buying up rare vinyl records, and his love for Prince. He spoke about moving to Los Angeles at age 14 to be with his mother and being immersed in the LA culture. He also touched on him moving to New York to attend NYU boarding school. This is where his career really blossomed. As of right now, Mathieu Bitton has designed over 1000 LPs and CDs. He is a world-renowned collector of Black films. He has worked with and photographed many celebrities and recording artists. He was recently given a grammy for his work with Dave Chappelle. What truly amazing life stories. We had an amazing time with an amazing person. Can not wait for the book signing!

In this haven, where passion meets precision, I was not just served, but understood, my artistic pursuit not just acknowledged, but shared. A five-star tribute to not just a store, but a sanctuary of visual storytelling.
I stopped by with my buddy & he got a bunch of Leica branded accessories. I love the store setup. The location is a great spot in between a bunch of great restaurants. The art gallery on top floor is solid & motivates you to wanna shoot photographs. The patio on the top floor is amazing. I’ll definitely buy my first Leica there & this spot has a lot of amazing items to accessorize your camera with tons of lens options.
Una de las tiendas Leica más hermosas del mundo existe en el corazón de Beverly Hills. El segundo piso es un espacio de galería dedicado, donde cada mes se exhiben diferentes fotógrafos de clase mundial y talentos emergentes. El lujo y la clase alta son la norma aquí. Los precios son altos porque estás pagando por la mejor calidad que la humanidad puede producir. Esta tienda está completamente surtida con todos los últimos cuerpos y lentes de Leica. Tienen una exhibición increíble con cámaras únicas y ejemplos tipo museo de cómo se ve por dentro una cámara. Aquí se pueden encontrar libros, mochilas, correas de cámara, pines y todo tipo de otros accesorios. Aquí también imparten clases de Leica Akademie, donde fotógrafos bien versados en sus campos vienen a la tienda y enseñan un taller de fin de semana. Todos los empleados son súper amables y saben mucho sobre el equipo fotográfico. También son todos fotógrafos increíbles: no dudes en preguntarles sobre su trabajo. ¡Es impresionante! Compra cámaras nuevas aquí. Puedes traer tu equipo para la reparación; puede tardar meses, pero vale la pena que un experto cuide de tu Leica.
