I want to share my positive experience with Babatunde at LensCrafters. My wife lent her glasses for free, and we’ve purchased two pairs of prescription glasses from this location. We also used the damage protection plan once, and it was no big deal getting the glasses replaced under warranty—everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Babatunde provided excellent customer service throughout the process. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was taken care of quickly. It’s rare to find someone so attentive and efficient, and we truly appreciate his help. Highly recommend Babatunde and the team at LensCrafters for anyone looking for quality eyewear and great service!

These guys really came through when I was out my area and very skillfully fixed my glasses. Maya and Jason were very professional and took care of my situation promptly. Recommend anyone with eye glass needs or issues to stop by if you are in the Galleria area in Houston. I was greatly appreciative of their help!
Bought glasses here and had no issues whatsoever years ago and paid nearly a thousand for them and liked the service. I returned for my new pair a few weeks ago and there were some issues with the lenses 2 different times. MRS SHRICE did an amazing job helping me navigate the long process. I truly appreciate her. She’s an asset to the company.
Jason was AWESOME!! He made the process of ordering my new glasses and contacts seamless, walking me through all the details and prices. He was also able to get a feeling for what I liked and brought out some extra frames that he thought I might like. I will definitely come back to this location. Thank you guys!
