My visit went extremely well. Mrs. Dolores was a delight to serviced by. She was kind, knowledgeable, educational and professional. 10/10 experience!
I recently visited the LensCrafters location on Oak Lawn to return a pair of glasses I had purchased online. The return process itself was smooth. While there, I decided to look for a new pair of frames, and Leo was extremely helpful in assisting me with selections. Unfortunately, the sale was handled by another associate, Bridgette, who appeared unfamiliar with the process and repeatedly had to ask Leo for help. She attempted to upsell me without clearly explaining what was included in the purchase, and when I asked for a detailed price breakdown, she did not provide one and implied the quoted price was my only option. I declined and was preparing to leave when Leo stepped back in and completed the sale professionally. Bridgette appeared unprofessional and visibly upset that I chose not to proceed with her pricing. Overall, I would return to this location, but I would prefer not to work with her in the future.
Walked in to see if they could adjust my sunglasses and nose pads. They were quick and super helpful about it! The sunglasses there are also cute and fashionable I’ll be sure to come next time. Thank you again Jesse! 10/10
I’ve had nothing but great experiences at LensCrafters on Oak Lawn in Dallas. The staff is always friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Jesse and Leonard, in particular, are a pleasure to work with—they take the time to answer questions, explain options clearly, and make the entire process easy and stress-free.I highly recommend this location for both service and professionalism.
Leo was great during my visit. I was casually looking for some glasses and Leo clearly broke down my finance options against discounts, insurance and my HSA. I did not feel any pressure to buy now, nor did I intend to buy that day, but the experience was so transparent and pleasant that I ended up leaving with an order anyway! I would recommend this place to anyone.
