I was able to get an appt the next business day to prepare my back year taxes. The tax preparation was a little more in depth due to having moved in the same year and working in two different states. It went smoothly and all questions were answered. The ladies in the office were so friendly and kind. We had some great laughs just chit chatting during the preparation. The process of preparation is that two people from the office check it before it’s sent off for any mistakes. They have a long list of guarantees on their work also. My filing was accepted electronically within hours the same day. I highly recommended them.
I have been going to Deborah for years now. She makes tax season so easy for me. Super professional, kind, and explained everything in a way I could actually understand.
