I had a very disappointing experience at this bookstore. While the selection of books was decent, the customer service was absolutely unacceptable. I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values basic respect and kindness.
Incredible selection of French books and educational activities. Plus a huge section devoted to puzzles and games. I don't visit here very often because I would spend all my money.
I have seen the bad feedbacks about the bookstore, which I was a bit hesitating to visit. However, after coming here, I honestly love the place so much and believe that their warm and cozy environment would still win back hearts, especially when customers come here with their children. A very kid friendly bookstore, lots of natural light which really gives you a good and homey vibe. They do have lots of the classic cartoon pieces (Tin Tin like in the photo I included), cute posters and lots of very good quality board games at good prices. It locates within the byward area, so definitely worth checking out when you’re visiting the area!
What a lovely store... The longer you stay the more things you want to buy. Particularly good for gift buying. All French, and a surprisingly large amount of puzzles. You can find imported books here at a competitive price versus online - I'll be back!
was looking for billingual books while visiting ottawa and found so many, thanks to the helpful staff! lots of cool french books and other goodies available as well
