I started seeing Mandeep in summer 2025 and have not looked back. He has worked wonders with my back and general flexibility, allowing me to continue to stretch and dance. My hips and shoulders were completely out of alignment. I would highly recommend Mandeep to anyone suffering with their back/neck- whether it is just a tiny niggle for full blown - maintenance is key.
I have been coming to Mandeep for over 2 months now. I initially came to Mandeep with a bulging disc causing sciatica pain I was in chronic agony, not being able to sleep or Evan walk for longer than 10seconds with out dropping to the floor due to the pain. After a in depth assessment with Mandeep, he quickly got to the root of the problem and seen I was out of alignment by an inch and a half! After a couple of sessions, I could see a massive improvement with the pain easing allowing me to go back to work (bricklaying) and participate in day to day activities. I tried physio through the nhs and knew it wasn’t for me and had to take matters in to my owt hands and reach out to life and care which I’d wished I’d of done sooner. I would recommend Mandeep highly as he has helped improve my pain, posture and sort my alignment out. I couldn’t thank nor recommend him enough!!
After struggling with arm, shoulder and back pain for longer than I care to remember Mandeep has managed to straighten me out! I now only need a top up session about every three weeks to keep my back pain mostly at bay. I highly recommended his services.
I walked in like a Thunderbird and walked out (relatively) normal! I went to see Mandeep because of a pain in my next, and honestly can't believe the difference after treatment. Mandeep is very friendly, and we always have a chat, but he never loses focus on what he's doing. The sessions aren't painful at all, and the results are amazing. Highly recommended!
Highly recommended. I have multiple issues with my back and pelvis and suffer constant pain in these areas. I started to see Mandeep about 14 months ago and his treatment keeps the symptoms and pain under control where I can enjoy life and keep going. I feel taller and get instant relief after every session. Mandeep is very efficient and has a excellent manor with his patients. I have no hesitation in recommending him.
