These classes are challenging and amazing! The Facility is extremely clean and welcoming. As a first time person I was nervous but Devin did a phenomenal job making me and my friends feel comfortable and supported.
I took Kait’s hot yoga class and loved it! We worked up a good sweat on Friday evening which was perfect after a long week. I’ll definitely return. Thanks, Kait!
I've been attending Wednesday night Yin Yoga, and I love it. We hold stretch poses at a comfortable level. The lights are dim; the music is quiet and soothing. It's a much needed mid-week restoration.
I've been a raving fan of Kelsea for over a decade! I first discovered her when she was teaching yoga all over the city, and it was such a treat when she opened her own studio. Her teaching style is hands-down the best in Wichita—no one else compares! She’s taught thousands of classes, and it shows. Her focus on safety and anatomy is top-notch, but she explains everything in a way that’s super easy to understand and visualize. Her cues are spot on, and her hot yoga classes are the perfect temp (hovering around the 80s—just enough to sweat, never overwhelming). If you’re on the fence about where to go, let this be your sign—Limitless is the BEST in town. See you on the mat!
