Good service - not overly happy guy, but did the business quickly and efficiently.
Met by the incredibly rude staff member “ROB” at the door. Was abused and told to go elsewhere and that his bad attitude and poor customer interaction skills were “on me” as I had left my bike in the drive through car park. I believe rob thinks I am someone else, he ranted about people leaving bikes and while yelling at me publicly caused myself and three others to exit the store. Management, as someone who employee staff in customer service I suggest you have a chat with Rob about the way he interacts with your customers. I will not be returning to this store, and I will be telling anyone who listens about my experience.
Always great service and acknowledgement when entering store. Great range of the lesser known reds like tempranillo, malbec & Grenache.
Horrible service. Rude customer service. Especially from the chick with bright red hair who refused to give me her name. Would recommend a BWS or Dan Murphy's anyday
