When Local SD Painting came out to quote the job, the process was fair and straightforward. Chad identified ways to save money and left me with the most confidence in his ability to complete the project successfully. I live out of town and needed to coordinate with building management and other contractors, which can be challenging. Local SD Painting was hired to repaint my condo/loft in North Park and did an exceptional job painting, patching, and priming my rental unit to get it market-ready. I had older cabinets that were still in good shape but looked worn. They were repaired, refinished, and painted, and I’m very pleased with the results. The job was executed with great attention to detail while still working efficiently to meet specific requests and deadlines. Communication throughout the process was on point. I just had a task to paint 4 interior rooms in my house and Chad’s team did an excellent job in completing it and the final product looks very professional. Chad was also very patient with me as I decided to make some paint color changes and he was able to make my requests happen in short notice. I was dancing in my rooms with excitement after the job was complete and will definitely recommend their team for anyone who needs painting services.

We are so pleased with the quality job that Local San Diego Painting did on our house! From the first time we reached out to owner Chad, their communication has kept us updated on progress and next steps. Jorge and his team of painters got started on time every day and let us know when they’d be wrapping up. This allowed us to work our schedule around their painting plan and eliminated any disruption to our day-to-day activities. The quality of the paint job exceeded our expectations! Since our house was build in the 50’s, it has some wear and tear from the years of use and weather. The team went through and patched all of the dings and dents prior to painting so the finished product looks better than it looked when we bought the house.
