Highly recommend this place! Took my 3 year old for her first haircut - she was scared and initially didn't want to sit for the cut. Young did a great job getting her comfortable, and it helps that they have a very kid-friendly atmosphere with car seating, cartoon paintings on the walls, and movies playing on the big screen. The cut went smoothly, and I appreciated the interactive feedback Young provided in choosing a style that was the best fit. Definitely going back!
Constant drama and unprofessionalism—I’m done. I have tried to give this place a chance because there is one decent stylist here, but it is simply not worth the stress anymore. This was the last straw. They double-booked my appointment again. despite the fact that I had a confirmed time and arrived before the other client, the stylist took the other person first. It created an incredibly awkward and stressful situation where I was forced to argue with another customer just to try to keep the appointment I booked. It is completely unprofessional for a business to pit customers against each other because of their own scheduling incompetence. This isn’t the first issue, either. In the past, I’ve had to take my son to a completely different salon just to fix a bad haircut he got here. Between the inconsistent quality and the constant booking drama, I am never coming back. Save your time and go somewhere that respects appointments
This was our first time taking our one-year-old son, for a haircut, and unfortunately it was a very bad experience. The stylist clearly did not know how to work with children and showed no care or patience despite my son crying and being scared. She handled his hair very roughly, pulling it aggressively just to cut it, with no attention to his comfort or safety. The result was extremely poor — uneven and messy, with one side much shorter than the other and visible scissor marks. It honestly looks like a child cut his own hair. For a place that presents itself as a children’s salon, this level of unprofessionalism and lack of experience is unacceptable. This was a very upsetting experience, and I would not recommend this place to other parents.
We have been coming to Lollicut for over 6 years, even when we moved further away we continue to make the trek to come here. I was a little surprised by the bad reviews but when I read them I know for a fact it's them not this place. The owner has always been very sweet, they're always very clear they only take cash/debit and Wendy is our go to! And if your kid moves around, which happens when they're really young, don't expect an even haircut. These kind of parents are gonna be awesome when your kids go to school together, you just wait. Trust me this place is the best place for your kids haircuts.
El mejor lugar para el corte de pelo de tu hijo. El lugar siempre está limpio y tiene una atmósfera tan amigable para los niños. Los empleados son tan pacientes y conocen una variedad de peinados nuevos, así como cortes clásicos para niños. Realmente recomiendo a Young, que es tan amable y muy experimentado con cortes de pelo para niños. Los niños se sientan en diferentes coches a su elección para que hacerse el corte de pelo sea un poco más cómodo. Incluso las maquinillas que usan son tan silenciosas en comparación con las de las barberías normales. Mientras esperas, ponen películas (la última vez que fui estaban poniendo Moana de Disney) y una consola Nintendo 64. ¡No puedo recomendar este lugar lo suficiente!
