In fact they were clear that the ring was not something they specialised in and I might be better approaching an auction house. Their advice proved right and I was able to find the true value of the ring and achieve a good price at auction.

requested some information regarding a collection of coins and was provided with an answer via a phone call within 12 hours, I had previously paid a 5 day trial subscription with a well established on line valuation company over 3 weeks ago and still no answer. Great service and only had to use whatsApp to send pictures and my questions were answered via a pleasant phone call and not returned via a text.
