I took my 24' load trail tilt deck here for them to fix a cracked cross member under warranty and they fixed it wrong. Causing the deck to hang up when opening and closing. I took it back again to be fixed again and they messed it up again. This process took around 10-12 months between both repairs. No compensation for the missed use of my trailer. Josh was supposed to be working with load trail to fix it. I called a few times for a manager about buyback on this unit and they just ignored me every time. I wouldnt buy any trailers from them with the chance of warranty happening. They should make it right and buy this trailer.

I broke down in San Antonio with a major coolant leak. After calling around, Lone Star worked me into their busy schedule. I was happy to talk to an actual person and not a recording. Unfortunately, I broke down near Austin because the mechanic failed to torque the driveshaft to specs. Lone Star acknowledged the error and paid to have my truck towed back to their shop. They repaired my truck and trailer and had me on my way at the end of the day. I recommend Lone Star because they are honest and stand behind their work!
Lone Star installed the drive belt and deck belt on my Cub Cadet riding mower. James in service made sure it was done right, and fast! Great service at reasonable prices. I will definitely come back for service and to buy a new mower when it's time.
Purchased a mower and trailer here recently. Happy I did. This is a family business and it shows. Kyle is patient and very tentative and thorough. Much appreciated the quick text responses aswell. Competitively priced right. Clean showroom. And even threw in a freebie I needed and it was much appreciated..
