Nico knows his stuff, insists on proper form and motivates one to work hard but NOT get injured. Plus, he is funny, interesting and unfailingly positive while keeping his focus on the goals (strength, nutrition, cycling - whatever) of each client. The space is also excellent, everything you need, nothing you don't. Vanessa and Kelsey are also excellent.
Nico is an excellent coach--very precise and attentive. The workout plan was balanced. And I was impressed by how strong some of the long term clients are after taking his classes!
Very accommodating. Very friendly. Great staff. I think its been almost two years. I've worked with Tyler mostly, he is quite attentive and knowledgeable. I was in a bad place. My movement and muscle mass had been eroding. Small injuries occured often, my balance was suffering and I was getting fatter. Longevity Lab brought me back from the brink. I still have a ways to go, but now Im more motivated, less depressed, and my outlook on existence is more positive.
Working with Nico has been life changing for me. I started training with him about 18 months ago and I am a raving fan. His attention to personal abilities and weaknesses makes for a safe workout. He has a vast knowledge of the human body and particularly an aging body and is able to make adjustments in real time if there is a physical limitation. I no longer have back or knee pain.... conditions I thought would be with me for the rest of my life.
Nico has been my trainer for a number of years. This guy is the absolute best. He is more knowledgeable about the human body than anyone I have ever worked with. He will figure out your own unique problems and design exercises specifically for your issues.
