Everything was nice, including the price: timing, quality, meal, size, services , place itself. We ordered longhorn steak, we'll done. Size was big enough to split for two of us , it was cooked perfectly to satisfied "well done" request and soft and juicy at the same time, seasoning was perfect that we didn't use any sauces, sides where delicious
Called the location at 5:20 pm and asked if it was busy or a wait and was told there was no wait so got there and asked for the round table in the end that sits 8 if im not mistaken and said we are a party of 6 (we are 5 but we get the extra chair for additional spacing and also for purses and coats etc) got there ahead of time to start on an app since I was starving and was told I had to wait for the whole party to get there... fine... i did... 3 minutes later everyone gets there and was told because we are 5 we cannot sit there... mind you yesterday we also had issues with them not having waiters on floor and couldn't be seated on the round table again because there was no waiter for that section... also to top it off ive seen a party of 3 sit in that section, the manager was being petty trying to defend her staff because we called her out at her laughing at our situation and even stepping towards us in a aggressive manner telling us she wasn't laughing, so the manager told us she couldn't sit us there because that table belongs to a party of 8... and there was graduations today and they had to leave it available for parties... when we called and asked with no wait... also ive been told before first come excuses before.... mind you it is empty as hell and the graduations were still happening so its not till after 6:30 where people will start showing up.. plenty of time to eat and leave.... but they were adamant and standing their ground because they just didnt want to serve us... we were nothing but respectful and this is how we got treated. I will be calling corporate tomorrow and I cant wait to hear what they going to tell me
Our server was very sweet but forgot to bring our salad and had to be reminded after we got our meal. Bummer! The chicken fried steak could not hold its breading. But the onion petals and Brussels sprouts were excellent. The Longhorn in Sugarland has been the best of all we have tried.
First time here and it did not disappoint. Nice place and very good service 👌🏽
Since the last time I came here they have improved alot the food was delicious and salads and service was awesome 👍❤️😁 I do recommend this restaurant
