Took my fathers wedding suit in to be dry cleaned and altered and the staff when above and beyond even lengthening my sleeve when i thought it wouldn’t be possible!

I recently visited smartlook to get two pairs of jeans hemmed with the original stitch. When I received the quote, I was shocked—it came out to over $150! The staff even claimed this was the cheapest place around. Not convinced, I went to another tailor just five minutes away and got the same service for only $50 for the two pair jeans. That’s a massive difference and completely unreasonable. This place is clearly overcharging customers, and I can’t recommend it. Save your money and go elsewhere!

Outstanding service!! Bought a new suit and had the trousers taken up elsewhere. Wasn't happy with the finish so I took them to Looksmart. Golnaz had the job done in 20 minutes and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend this business.

Absolutely great service with a really fast turn around and a great job done shortening sleeves on a vintage jacket. We highly recommend LookSmart Adelaide and will definitely be back in the future should we require any alterations. Thank you!
