Had a beautiful pair of pants taken up and had a considerable amount of material taken off expected the offcuts to be left in the bag along with my pants - no offcuts in the bag. Was extremely disappointed when I was told that they would have been thrown away really!!!! a) this is my property I would have liked to have had something made from them and b) that the company would have just thrown away such a beautiful piece of material
The service here is the best! I went here day 1 before my wedding. Because i customize my wedding dress from abroad, but when it came and i tried it. The button part on my arm didn’t fit at all and they forgot to give my veils. I was freaking out a little bit, but called looksmart charlestown and they refer me to kotara. Once i arrived here, they checked my dress and measure it. After a while, they responsively give me solutions and said that they can get my dress altered in one day. Within 2 hours, they called me and gabe me the dress. When i tried it on, it leave me on tears because it fit perfectly. This literally made my day, and the way looksmart staffs care about us is really really good! I definately, will recommend looksmart to whoever need to get their dress or clothes to be done. Thank you so much❤️
Professional service! Went in to get my bridesmaid dress bought online altered. They brought in the back and under my bust and now it fits like it does the model in the website photo and you wouldn’t even know I got it altered. 10/10 quality and service, highly recommend. Thank you so much!
ask for cost to repair a split in short pants. Get ready for it $50!I told her I could buy the shorts brand new for a lot less COST than that! -I WILL NEVER BOTHER GOING THERE AGAIN!
Will never recommend this place. They wrecked my daughters dress, they blamed the manufacturer & the girl didn’t care less. I asked for a refund & she said no, it wasn’t their fault. They actually cut too much off her dress & it went up at the back. They told her to turn it around, It was for her 30th birthday which was two days away & she showed no compassion. I returned the next day to sore it out & there was another girl on, she agreed that it was their fault & refunded me the money. Still didn’t help that my daughter lost her dress. Very disappointed, will never return.
